AWAN Sensing is collaborating with the Institute of Mechatronic Engineering at National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) to provide high-precision inertial navigation module solutions. Together, we will jointly develop an innovative long-term care Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) to advance the application of smart care technology.
This collaborative project focuses on autonomous navigation, environmental perception, and dynamic obstacle avoidance. By utilizing our 9-axis AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference System) and high-precision IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), we ensure the AMR can operate stably, navigate precisely, and respond flexibly to complex scenarios within long-term care environments, effectively enhancing the operational efficiency and safety of robots in care facilities.
Through this industry-academia collaboration, AWAN Sensing not only deepens the application of smart sensing technology in the AMR field but is also committed to advancing long-term care robotics. In the future, we will continue to work with academic and industry partners to jointly promote the development of smart medical and care robots, helping the smart long-term care industry reach a new milestone.
