AWAN Sensing has been awarded a grant from the "Top IC Design R&D" Program by the Department of Industrial Technology (DoIT), MOEA. We will collaborate with Sensortek Technology and Upbeat Technology to develop a high-stability heterogeneous integration IMU sensor chip and a low-power AI-AHRS chip module, accelerating innovative applications in precise navigation and attitude sensing for unmanned vehicles.
The project focuses on enhancing the precision and stability of the IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) and leveraging AI algorithms to improve the low-power operational efficiency of the AHRS (Attitude and Heading Reference System). This enables unmanned vehicles to maintain high-accuracy attitude control and navigation in dynamic environments. This technology has wide-ranging applications in drones, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), autonomous vehicles, and smart industrial equipment, bringing more efficient and intelligent sensing solutions to the industry.
AWAN Sensing will continue to cultivate its expertise in smart sensor chip technology. Through close collaboration with industry partners, we will accelerate technological development and market application in the unmanned vehicle sector, helping Taiwan's smart mobility industry reach new heights of global competitiveness.
